When The Sparta Group wanted to compliment their top-of-the-line firearms and driving training with some self defense training, they gave me a call. This is a short video of us teaching basic self defense to a team of corporate personnel who work in a high-risk environment. Their employer cared enough to provide them with life-saving training. Notice that the video is titled "Beginner Level" and includes defense against weapons. I believe you should be armed with knowledge and ability from the beginning. After the first training session you will be armed with skills you can use now, not later.
